Blackburn imam arrested after soliciting sex with a minor

January 30. 2018

Ashraf Sidat, child predator

The General Secretary of one of Blackburn’s biggest mosques has been suspended after being arrested on Thursday morning after allegedly trying to meet a 15-year-old boy for sex.

Mufti Ashraf Sidat, 45, of Masjid-e-Noorul Islam, was apprehended in a sting operation in Flixton, Manchester, by what appeared to be vigilante paedophile hunters.

Police arrested him shortly afterwards and he has since been released on bail until February 9.

Greater Manchester Police said in a statement: “At around 9.50am on Thursday 11 January 2018 police were called to Roedean Gardens in Flixton to a report of child grooming. Officers attended and a 45-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of inciting a child to engage in sexual activity. He has been bailed until 9 February 2018 pending further enquiries.”

Imam In U.S. Calls For Killing Jews

January 10. 2018

Isn’t religion wonderful?

A third Muslim imam in the United States has been recorded citing an Islamic text that prophesies the killing of Jews by Muslims.

As with the other two imams, Abdullah Khadra, speaking at a mosque Dec. 8 in the Raleigh, North Carolina, area, was responding to President Trump’s Dec. 6 recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital.

The video was obtained by the Middle East Media Research Institute, MEMRI.

Citing a familiar hadith, a collection of the sayings of Muhammad, Khadra said Islam’s prophet “gave us the glad tidings that at the End of Time, we will fight those Jews until the rocks and the trees will speak: ‘Oh Muslim, this is a Jew behind me.’”

Khadra asserted that the Israeli cities of Haifa, Acre and Jaffa are “Muslim land.”

“May Allah destroy everyone who wants evil for Islam and Muslims,” he prayed.

WND reported a Texas imam who cited the hadith, urging Muslims to “fight the Jews in Palestine” and “kill the Jews,” tried to repair relations with local Jewish leaders with an apology.

Imam Raed Saleh Al-Rousan of the Tajweed Institute in Houston said he was “absolutely and completely opposed to and disgusted by all forms of terrorism, all terrorists, and I oppose anyone who would commit, call for, or threaten violence against civilians.”

But Dayan Gross, regional director of the Anti-Defamation League, pointed out that video of the sermon shows the imam basing his statement on the well-known Islamic hadith declaring, “Judgment Day will not come until the Muslims fight the Jews.”

Another Texas imam, Sheik Ramadan Elsabagh of Garland, Texas, posted a recorded prayer on his Facebook page in December calling for Israel’s destruction along with “their allies, and those who assist them and those who allowed them into the abodes of the Muslims.”

‘Standard, mainstream religion’

Commenting on the North Carolina imam’s remarks, Jihad Watch Director Robert Spencer pointed out that the declaration is not a tenet of “extremist” Islam.

“This is the standard, mainstream religion. It’s a hadith in a collection that Muslims consider authentic,” Spencer wrote.

The hadith states:

Abu Huraira reported Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: The last hour would not come unless the Muslims will fight against the Jews and the Muslims would kill them until the Jews would hide themselves behind a stone or a tree and a stone or a tree would say: Muslim, or the servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me; come and kill him; but the tree Gharqad would not say, for it is the tree of the Jews. (Sahih Muslim 6985)

Spencer said Muslims in North Carolina “don’t have a different version of Islamic texts and teachings from the version Muslims have elsewhere.”

“They have the same Quran, the same Sunnah. Why should anyone expect them not to teach the things these sources say?”

Spencer asked what American authorities are going to do “when they realize this is not twisted, hijacked Islam, but orthodox Islam?”

“Or will it be too late by then?” he asks.

The imam Khadra declared Muslims “should teach our children that it is our land and will remain our land, and will return to us sooner or later.”

“But the question is: Will you be among those who will contribute to regaining it or not? The Prophet Muhammad gave us the glad tidings that at the End of Time, we will fight those Jews until the rocks and the trees will speak: ‘Oh Muslim, this is a Jew behind me.’”

Khadra said the “occupiers, aggressors and murderers” in the Holy Land “can never take our holy city – only if we are dead.”

“If you are dead, they can do to you whatever they can, but if we are truly alive – they cannot. May Allah make us of those who are alive, who are aware of their holy places, who are defending their religion, and who move by all possible means to defend their rights.”

He prayed: “May Allah liberate the Al-Aqsa Mosque from the hands of the aggressors and the occupiers. May Allah destroy everyone who wants evil for Islam and Muslims.”

Imam Arrested For Attempted Rape Of Eight-Year-Old Girl

September 4, 2017

Azizul Haque -This pig chewed on and attempted to rape an eight-year-old girl.

An Imam of a mosque has been arrested for the attempted rape of an eight-year-old girl in Sherpur’s Nalitabari.

Five others, including a local Union Parishad (UP) chairman, were also arrested after the victim’s mother accused them in a case.

The victim’s family said the grade-II student went to local Mouakura mosque for learning Arabic on Tuesday morning.

Her teacher, and also the mosque’s Imam Azizul Haque, told other students to leave as it was raining and took the girl to his room where he tried to rape her, Nalitabari police’s Officer-in-Charge Sarowar Hossain said.
He let the girl go after she screamed for help but not before he bit various parts of her body.

When the victim went to attend classes at an NGO-run school the next morning, one of the female teachers noticed the bite marks.
The girl told her teacher what had happened the day before.

Angry locals kept the Imam confined in the mosque from noon to the evening. Locals then fined the Imam Tk25,000 and fired him from his job at an arbitration attended, among others, by local UP Chairman Yunus Ali Dewan.

They were sent to Sherpur police station the same night.

Jamaican Radical Muslim Cleric Arrested In Undercover Sting Trying To Recruit Jihadis

August 29, 2017

Abdullah el-Faisal, wants Muslims to kill non-Muslims like cockroaches and accept the deaths of women and children as “collateral damage” and to “learn to fly planes, drive tanks… load your guns and to use missiles”.

Isn’t religion wonderful?

A radical Muslim cleric who influenced one of the July 7 London bombers has been arrested after officers in the US caught him allegedly trying to recruit jihadis in an undercover sting operation.

Abdullah el-Faisal, who was deported to Jamaica from Britain in 2007 after serving a sentence for soliciting murder and causing racial hatred, is now facing extradition to New York.

According to the Manhattan district attorney, el-Faisal offered to help an undercover officer travel to the Middle East and join Isil.

El-Faisal, who was arrested on Friday in Jamaica, was a mentor of Jermaine Lindsay, who detonated a bomb on a Tube train near King’s Cross, killing 25 passengers.

He was arrested after a month long sting carried out by an undercover New York Police Department officer who communicated with him by email, text and video chat.

El-Faisal, 53, was sentenced to seven years after becoming the first person for a century to be prosecuted under the 1860 Public Order Act.

Lindsay, also from Jamaica and also a convert to Islam, attended at least one lecture by El-Faisal and listened to tapes of his sermons. During the preacher’s trial, he was heard telling audiences to kill Hindus, Jews and other non-Muslims like cockroaches”.

El-Faisal arrived in the UK in 1992 and married a British biology graduate, establishing himself as a lay preacher at Brixton Mosque, often preaching to crowds of up to 500 people.

His preaching came to the attentions of police when tapes of his sermons were found in the car of a suspected rapist in Dorset in late 2001.

During subsequent searches of specialist Islamic bookshops and El-Faisal’s rented house in Stratford, East London, police found other recordings in which he exhorted young Muslims to accept the deaths of women and children as “collateral damage” and to “learn to fly planes, drive tanks… load your guns and to use missiles”.

He told young British Muslims it was their duty to kill non-believers, Jews, Hindus and Westerners, urging them to adopt a “jihad mentality”.

He also promised schoolboys that they would be rewarded with “72 virgins in paradise” if they died in a holy war.

The jury watched a video of El-Faisal after the Sept 11 attacks telling up to 150 young Muslims that the Koran justified attacking “kaffirs”, or unbelievers.

Now, to all the Muslims who say ‘this is not my Islam’ we say, “Are your religious beliefs any less insane than his?” Think about it.

The problem is not this religion or that religion. The problem is religion.

The Attacker Shouted “Why Aren’t You A Muslim?”

Faruq Patel, Amin Mohmed and Mohammed Patel

spreading Islamic peace and harmony in Liverpool

A gang of Muslim men rampaged through Liverpool city centre attacking strangers because they were white “non-Muslims”.

One witness feared Amin Mohmed, Mohammed Patel and Faruq Patel were ISIS terrorists.

The drunken yobs targeted three unknown men before Mohmed, 24, and Mohammed, 20, set upon Gary Bohanna when he revealed he was Christian.

Laughing Faruq, 19, who was not convicted of a racial or religious motive, then filmed Mohmed punching St Helens councillor Paul Lynch to the ground, as his terrified girlfriend tried to protect him.

Liverpool Crown Court heard counter-terrorism officers raided the three men’s homes in Bolton after the shocking incident on March 20 last year.

The judge, Recorder Louise Brandon, said: “This was a disgraceful and sustained campaign of violence carried out on the streets of this city.”

Paul Treble, prosecuting, said fellow-Muslim Edris Nosrati spotted two of the gang attacking a man in Bold Street at around 3.30am.

He said: “He was concerned because one of them seemed to be using racist language, talking about Muslims and Christians.

“One of them came up to Mr Nosrati and said ‘are you a Muslim?’ Mr Nosrati said he was, but the man said ‘well, what’s the Muslim word?’”

He said Mr Nosrati replied with a “well-known” Arabic phrase: “There is only one God, and Muhammad is a messenger.”

Mr Treble said: “He said it’s a phrase often linked with ISIS.

“He was concerned as to their exact intent and that they might be associated in some way to an extremist organisation.”

Mr Nosrati was told “you can go”, but when he tried to stop them punching another man, one replied: “It’s none of your business.”

He followed the gang to Renshaw Street, where Mr Bohanna was asked: “What are you?”

The victim was confused but when one of them said “I’m a Muslim, what are you?” he answered “I’m a Christian”.

The attacker shouted “Why aren’t you a Muslim?” before punching him twice, breaking his glasses and causing a 2cm cut above his left eye.

The gang then encountered Mr Lynch, Labour councillor for Moss Bank, and his girlfriend Jill Newton.

Footage taken by Faruq captured Mohmed punch Mr Lynch with a “sickening blow” that could be “seen and heard”.

No racist comments were used, but Liverpool John Moores University student Faruq could be heard laughing as the victim fell.

Man accused of recording anti-Muslim video rant is trying to get the case against him thrown out
Mr Nosrati called police but Faruq fled, so the witness chased and caught him.

The teenager punched Mr Nosrati and struck him in the eye with his phone, but the hero held on.

Mr Bohanna and Mr Lynch – who suffered bruising and bleeding to his eyes – were taken to hospital.

Mohmed made no comment to police, but later claimed he could not remember anything because he was so drunk. And of course like all good Muslims he was drunk off his ass. Does being drunk make the attacks better or worse?

Mohammed initially denied the assaults and suggested they had been racially abused by other men.

However, he confessed to “targeting people because they were white and non-Muslim”.

Faruq told officers people called him and his friends a “dirty p***” and they retaliated.

He admitted filming “because he thought it was funny” and described it “as a laugh”.

Mohmed, of Perendale Rise, Bolton, and Mohammed, of Eastbank Street, Bolton, admitted racially or religiously aggravated assault causing actual bodily harm.

The pair, along with Faruq, of Crumpsall Street, Bolton, also admitted assault causing actual bodily harm and affray.

Martine Snowdon, defending Mohammed, said her “deeply remorseful” client was “terrified” of being locked up. Good. We wonder whether he’ll like prison food. And dick. Maybe he will by the time he has finished his sentence. And maybe prison will civilize him.

Imam Calls On Allah To Murder All Jews

July  26, 2017

In a July 21 lecture posted on the Davis Masjid YouTube channel, Muslim preacher Ammar Shahin spoke in English and Arabic about how all Muslims, not only Palestinians or Syrians, will be called upon to kill all the Jews on “the last day.”

In a video translated by the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI), Shahin also stressed that the Hadith (oral tradition of sayings attributed to the prophet of Islam) does not say where the final battle will take place. “If it is in Palestine,” for example, “or another place,” hinting at the possibility that such a battle could happen in the United States or Europe as well.

He also prayed that al-Aksa mosque be liberated from “the filth of the Jews.”

Koran Teacher Jailed For 13 Years For Sex Attacks On Children As Young As 5

July 14. 2017

Mohammed Haji Saddique, child molester

Koran teacher, 81, is jailed for 13 years after carrying out sex attacks on four girls as young as five who called him ‘uncle’ in lessons at a Cardiff mosque during a horrific 10-year reign of abuse.
Mohammed Haji Sadiq targeted girls aged between 5 and 11 in Koran classes.

The 81-year-old has been jailed for 13 years after attacks from 1996 to 2006
Judge slammed lack of remorse and said trial exposed ‘a darker and deviant side’

Mohammed Haji Saddique, 81, would call the pupils to sit next to him and read in Arabic from the Muslim holy book.

He sexually touched girls aged between five and eleven in front of his class and slapped students repeatedly if they made mistakes during lessons.

Cardiff Crown Court heard Saddique had metal and wooden sticks, which he used to poke the children as they studied.

He taught primary school pupils, who called him ‘uncle’ at the Madina Mosque in Cathays, Cardiff, for 36 years.

Saddique would touch the girls under their traditional loose-fitting clothing during his lessons, and rub them against his groin and legs.

Cardiff Crown Court heard the assaults took place between 1996 and 2006.

Prosecutor Suzanne Thomas read a victim personal statement from one of the girls in which she described the lasting impact the assaults had had.

She said: ‘I have had nightmares waking up in the night, and it can only be described as feeling unsafe.’

A statement from another girl said: ‘My body didn’t feel like mine anymore.

‘I didn’t feel safe in a place where I should feel safe. Mohammed Sadiq has put me off my religion.’

Sadiq taught primary school children who called him ‘uncle’ at the Madina Mosque in Cathays, Cardiff, for 36 years.

Sadiq, from Cyncoed in Cardiff, denied seven counts of indecent assault of a girl under 14, and eight counts of assaulting a girl under 13 by touching.

But a jury found him guilty of 14 offences – six indecent assaults and eight sexual assaults.

Judge Stephen Hopkins QC jailed Saddique for 13 years and ordered him to register as a sex offender indefinitely.

Sadiq claimed he was a victim of an internal conspiracy within the mosque

‘All four complainants were very brave indeed in overcoming not only personal but cultural barriers which they faced in making formal complaints and giving evidence against you,’ the judge said.

‘There is a darker, deviant side to you which this trial has exposed.

‘This was a gross breach of trust – parents sending their young, female children to be taught the Koran by you.’

Saddique, who insisted the allegations were a conspiracy by other members of the mosque, has ‘no idea’ of the harm caused by his actions, the judge said.

Police first launched an investigation in 2006 following complaints by two girls but Saddique denied any wrongdoing.

The investigation was restarted in 2016 after two other girls came forward.

In victim impact statements read to the court, the girls, now in their 20s, spoke of the lasting impact of Saddique’s offending.

Speaking of one, the judge said: ‘It has put her off religion, she deliberately doesn’t own a Koran.

‘[For her] the ethos of going to the mosque at any time is that when you are there, God is protecting you.

‘Her idea was shattered because you abused her when she was reading from the holy book.’

Another victim said giving evidence went against ‘the culture and ethos of those who follow the Islamic faith’ and she feared there would be consequences for Saddique’s conviction.

The court heard Saddique was born in Hong Kong and moved to Pakistan before coming to the UK in 1967, eventually settling in Cardiff.

He was a member of the Madina Mosque and was involved in running it, including as a treasurer and teaching Koran studies to primary school pupils.

Toronto Imam Arrested, Charged With 13 Child Sex Offences

Mohammad Masroor,  child rapist and ‘family guy’

June 17, 2017

Toronto police have released the identity of a Toronto-based imam arrested in connection with an ongoing sex assault investigation that may have involved victims from outside the country.

Police said the suspect has worked and taught at the Baitul Mukarram Isalmic Society on Danforth Avenue in Toronto since 2008. The imam also worked in Florida, Michigan and Bangladesh among other locations.

Masroor faces 13 charges in relation to alleged offences committed between Nov. 1 2008 and July 28, 2011.

“We believe there are other victims as Mohammad Masroor has lived and worked worldwide,” Const. Karen Armstrong said Wednesday morning.

Armstrong said that Masroor “is a person who is seen as a leader in the community and in a position of trust.”

Police said the investigation currently involves five victims, but anyone else with information is asked to contact investigators. According to the allegations, Masroor conducted classes out of his homes in Florida, Michigan and Bangladesh.

He has also travelled through France, Germany, Singapore and Hungary, among other countries, CTV Toronto’s Tamara Cherry reported.

On Wednesday, community members celebrating Ramadan and heading into the Danforth mosque were shocked to hear of the charges.

“I’m really surprised to hear this thing,” said Abdul Chowdhury. “We’re not expecting to hear this complaint about him.”

Parent Shabin Coudhury said that his son was a student of Masroor and received lessons about the Qur’an three times per week.

Masroor also lead prayer services, shared messages of goodwill and peace and just last week, he was in Calgary on a spiritual journey and attending seminars on how to become a better Muslim.

We’ve got some advice on how he could at least be a better human being – STOP RAPING CHILDREN!

Mohammed Bellal Hossain, another local community member, said that Masroor is a well-respected imam with a reputation as a good teacher.

“Easy to approach, friendly, jokes around with everyone. He has kids of his own, he has like three kids, so he’s a family guy,” said Hossain.

Port Coquitlam Imam Found Guilty Of Sexual Assault

June  7, 2017

Saadeldin Bahr, guilty of sexual assault in his mosque

A Port Coquitlam imam has been found guilty of sexual assault stemming from events that took place in 2013 at the Masjid Al-Hidayah and Islamic Cultural Centre.

According to the judge’s ruling, during his trial, physician Saadeldin Bahr, who is known as Dr. Saad and was imam of the PoCo mosque, told the court that semen found in the victim’s vagina could have come from a toilet seat, where he had ejaculated earlier in the day. Bahr also said the victim’s DNA, which was found on his boxer shorts, may have been the result of the woman putting her hands down his pants.

In his decision, B.C. Supreme Court Justice Robert Crawford said he did not find Bahr’s assertions credible, noting the cleanliness practices associated with the Muslim religion.

“I have great difficulty with Dr. Bahr’s evidence,” Crawford said Wednesday during his reasons for judgment. “Much of what he said is contrary to fastidious cultural procedures.”

He later added: “He did not clean it up immediately? In his own church?”

The events that led to the charge took place in June 2013, when Bahr had been counselling the woman, known as “Z” in court filings, who was married and struggling with depression. Following afternoon prayers at 1:30 p.m., he and the victim went to a room on the upper floor of the mosque, where the assault took place. The court heard that during the assault, Bahr told the victim she had “a bad curse on you and we have to remove it.”

After the initial encounter, Z went downstairs, where her family was waiting, while Bahr attended to some other business. The judge said he believed testimony that stated Bahr told the family not to talk to the woman and that she was to read verses from the Qur’an.

Crawford noted that because Bahr was an imam in a “position of control, power and authority,” the family complied with his request.

Video surveillance at the mosque showed that approximately 35 minutes later, Bahr returned and took Z back upstairs, where the sexual assault continued. When it was over, the victim said she returned to her family and told her sister what had happened, which led to an altercation between Bahr and the family in the parking lot of the mosque. During the trial, the victim’s husband testified that the imam told the family that Z should not be believed and that “she has a curse and I’ll need to see her again.”

Bahr, who is a married father of five with a degree in medicine that he received in Egypt, denied all of the allegations, saying the sexual assault never took place. He said at no point did he tell the family that Z was cursed and that he did not remove her clothing in the upstairs area of the mosque.

While the judge acknowledged several inconsistencies in the victim’s statements, he said she was a credible witness.

Imam Calls For The Murder Of Jews

May 12, 2017

Denmark’s Jewish community has filed a complaint over an imam accused of calling for the murder of Jews in a case sparking political opprobrium, it emerged Thursday.

Imam Mundhir Abdallah preaches in the working class Copenhagen suburb of Norrebro at the Masjid Al-Faruq mosque, which media have previously linked to radical Islam.

He stands accused of citing a hadith or koranic narrative on March 31 calling for Muslims to rise up against Jews.

“Judgement Day will not come until the Muslims fight the Jews and kill them,” begins Abdallah’s address in footage on YouTube, according to a transcript of the original Arabic provided by US organisation the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI).

Dan Rosenberg Asmussen, the head of the Jewish community in Denmark, urged police to open an investigation into a possible case of incitement to racial hatred.

“We fear that weak and easily-influenced persons could interpret this kind of preaching as an appeal to visit acts of violence or terror on Jews,” Asmussen told the Politiken daily.

Minister of immigration and integration, Inger Stojberg, described the imam’s address as “horrible, anti-democratic and abominable”.

Neither the imam nor the Jewish community responded to AFP requests for comment.

According to broadcaster DR, Omar al-Hussein, who was behind a series of shootings in Copenhagen in February 2015 which left two people dead, had visited the mosque the day before going on the rampage.

The Dane of Palestinian origin had sworn allegiance to Islamic State and shot and killed one person at a cultural centre hosting a conference on freedom of expression, before killing a Jewish man outside a synagogue. Police later shot him dead after he fired on them in a third incident.

Imam Arrested For Running Prostitution Ring From Mosque

May 4, 2017

No name or photo available.

An imam was arrested earlier this week in Saudi Arabia on charges of performing illicit sexual acts and operating a prostitution network from within a mosque, the Saudi media reported.
The imam, a Bangladeshi immigrant from the city of Afif, allegedly solicited Bangladeshi housekeepers to have sex with him inside his mosque and passed them on to another man for a fee – though it remains unclear whether these acts were performed inside the mosque’s four walls.

A video of his arrest, in which several women were seen inside the mosque, sent shockwaves across the kingdom’s mainstream and social media.

It was also reported that the local branch of the Ministry of Religions appointed a special investigator.

Many social media users cursed the imam and evidenced an anti-immigrant sentiment.

“This is what happens when you give immigrants too much credit,” Amer Alshamry tweeted.
